PURPOSE: An electrode welding device is provided to prevent the welding failure due to abrasion and staining of end parts of an electrode rod and to prevent a fire due to the spark of impurities during welding work of an electrode rod. CONSTITUTION: An electrode welding device comprises a main body(10) with a jig part; a fixing frame which forms a mounting groove(21) for setting a mounting point of a battery cell; a sensor part(30) for sensing the mounted location of the battery cell at the mounting point in the mounting groove; a pair of operation parts(40) which move in all directions to weld the electrode of the battery cell and form a holder; an electrode rod detection part(50) for checking the failure of the electrode rod; and a control part for controlling electricity supply to the electrode rod. |
