摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An automatic analyzer of molecular diagnosis is provided to enable complex and automatic quantitative analysis and multiplex testing. CONSTITUTION: An automatic analyzer (1) for molecular diagnosis which complexly performs real-time PCR for gene quantitation and DNA microarray for gene analysis comprises: a frame (10) for the analyzer; a block (20) for PCR which is fixed at the frame and on which a DNA chip is mounted; a real-time PCR quantitative detection device (30) which detects a fluorescent signal generated from a sample in the DNA chip; and a DNA microarray analysis device (40) which detects and analyzes the fluorescent signal by hybridization with a target gene attached on the surface of the DNA chip.</p>
