LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM ABLE TO RELIEVE LEAD TOXICITY AND USE THEREOF

Provided is a Lactobacillus plantarum able to relieve lead toxicity and the use thereof. The Lactobacillus plantarum is Lactobacillus plantarum CCFM8661, which has good acid tolerance and good tolerance to lead ions in vitro. The Lactobacillus plantarum can tolerate an initial concentration of lead ion solution at 150mg/L, and has a strong adsorption of lead ions, and can thereby lower the lead content of the blood, liver, kidney and stomach in mice exposed to lead, significantly improve the antioxidant indicators of the bodies of mice exposed to lead, and relieve pathological symptoms of mice exposed to lead. The Lactobacillus plantarum CCFM8661 can be used in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition and fermented food relieving lead toxicity.
