<p>A machine-sprayed electrodeless-lamp water powder and preparation and spraying methods thereof. The machine-sprayed electrodeless-lamp water powder consists of nano-alumina, a trichromatic phosphor powder, polyethylene oxide, a surfactant, a dispersant, ethanolamine, and deionized water. The ambient temperature is controlled to be 20°C-30°C, the humidity is 50%-65%, and the nano-alumina, the trichromatic phosphor powder, and the deionized water are put into an agitation barrel to undergo agitation for 2 hours; then, the polyethylene oxide is added, and agitation is performed for another 4 hours; at last, the surfactant, the dispersant, and the ethanolamine are added, and agitation is performed for 1 hour; power spraying may be performed after 1 hour of standing. For a spraying process performed by a machine, the slurry is heat-dried at the temperature of 100°C-150°C, and high-temperature baking is performed for 15 minutes at 500°C-550°C by using a powder baking oven. The machine-sprayed electrodeless-lamp water powder is easy to be prepared, low in cost, applicable to automatic spraying performed by a machine, and capable of effectively realizing mass production of the electrodeless lamp.</p> |
