<p>An electric heating wire comprises an outer insulating layer, a temperature sensing wire, an inner insulating layer, and a multi-strand heating core sequentially arranged from outside to the inside. The multi-strand heating core is formed by stranding at least two single-strand heating cores, and the single-strand heating core is formed by winding at least one heating wire on the periphery of at least one fiber. The structural design of the electric heating wire solve the problem that the existing electric heating wire fail to satisfy the power requirement when being used in a high-power electric heating product or used in a low-voltage electric heating product; meanwhile, the tensile strength, the fracture resistance strength, and the heat conduction strength of the electric heating wire are improved, thereby prolonging the service life of the electric heating wire.</p> |
