PURPOSE: A carbon composite coating agent and additives are provided to have excellent electromagnetic waves-shielding effect, impact resistance, heat-radiating effect, deodorizing effect, antifouling effect, and UV-shielding effect when applied to a polymer, an organic light-emitting polymer, dye, or pigment. CONSTITUTION: A carbon composite coating agent and additives are formed by adding and mixing 20 % or less of one solution into a carbon nanotube-graphene solution. When necessary, a hydrazine reducing agent can be added. The carbon nanotube-graphene solution is formed by mixing the carbon nanotube solution and the graphene solution with a mixing ratio of 1:1. The solution is selected from a titanium dioxide solution, phosphoric acid titanium dioxide solution, nanosilver titanium dioxide solution, and nanosilver solution. |
