PURPOSE: An evaporation type condenser for cooling outside air is provided to cool a loaded side by providing cold water to a condenser in the season when high cooling ability is not needed, thereby saving energy. CONSTITUTION: An evaporation type condenser for cooling outside air includes a cooling tower case (110), a blower (120), a condensing coil (130), an outside air water coil (140), a first spray (150), a water tank (114), a cooling water circulator (160), a bypass recovery line (151), a recovery line selection valve (153), a bypass supply line (152), and a supply line selection valve (154). The cooling tower case includes a fluid passage (113) connecting an inlet (111) with an outlet (112). The blower inhales air through the inlet and discharges the air through the outlet. The condensing coil receives refrigerant from the condenser, condenses the refrigerant, and transfers the refrigerant to an evaporator (200). The outside air water coil has a coil entrance (141) and a coil exit (142). The first spray sprays cooling water to the condensing coil and the outside air water coil. The water tank stores the cooling water sprayed from the first spray. The cooling water circulator supplies the cooling water stored in the water tank to the first spray. One end of the bypass recovery line is connected to a cold water recovery line (320) collecting cold water from a loaded measuring device (300) and the other end is connected to the coil entrance. The recovery line selection valve selectively connects the cold water recovery line to the area between the coil entrance and the evaporator. One end of the bypass supply line is connected to the coil exit and the other end is connected to a cold water supply line (310) supplying cold water from the loaded side device. The supply line selection valve selectively connects the cold water supply line to the area between the coil exit and the evaporator.
