PURPOSE: A micro-mold to manufacture pattern films for a security film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently utilize the film by easily manufacturing the pattern film required to manufacture the security film of information devices. CONSTITUTION: A micro-mold (100) to manufacture pattern films for a security film comprises a base plate (110), a protrusion unit (120), and a surface reinforcing layer. The base plate forms the bottom surface and has length and width. The protrusion unit is formed on the base plate in a plurality of rod types in a row. The protrusion unit is separated in a predetermined gap relative to a different protrusion unit in which is adjacent. The length of the protrusion unit is smaller than the height (h) of the protrusion unit. The protrusion unit is made of metal which is the same material as the base plate. The surface reinforcing layer is equipped with a thin film formed on the surface of the protrusion unit. |
