In a DC power supply circuit (1), when the output voltage instantaneous value (Vin) of a rectifier circuit (2) is equal to or above the voltage (VC2) between both terminals of a capacitor (C2), a first current path is formed in the interval when a switching element (Q1) is on, said first current path leading to the output terminal on the low potential side of the rectifier circuit (2) from the output terminal on the high potential side of the rectifier circuit (2), via a load (11), an inductor (L2) and the switching element (Q1). Alternately, when the switching element (Q1) is off, a second current path is formed which leads to the output terminal on the low potential side of the rectifier circuit (2) from the output terminal on the high potential side of the rectifier circuit (2), via the load (11), the inductor (L2), a diode (D1) and the capacitor (C2). |
