An optical compensated bending liquid crystal display panel (100) and a manufacturing method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: forming polyimides (112, 122) on substrates (110, 120); forming a liquid crystal layer (130) between the polyimides (112, 122) so as to form a liquid crystal box; applying an electric signal to the liquid crystal box; and illuminating and heating the liquid crystal box so as to form a first polymer polyimide (113) and a second polymer polyimide (123) respectively. Therefore, the phase-change transition time for liquid crystal molecules (102) to be transformed from a splay state to a bending state can be eliminated or reduced.
