<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for connecting a call during one's absence. The system comprises a smart phone (100) for transmitting, if a telephone call may not proceed by the control of "during-absence telephone guidance application", "during-absence service request information" input by a touch signal by a user operation to a during-absence call management server (300), transmitting "during-absence guidance message information" and "during-absence guidance time information" to the during-absence call management server (300) and receiving "during-absence telephone call list information" so as to provide information on the reason of absence to a caller terminal (200), and transmitting "during-absence service deregistration information" input by a touch signal by a user operation to the during-absence call management server (300) and displaying the received "during-absence telephone call list information"; the caller terminal (200) for connecting a telephone call to the smart phone (100), and receiving, if the telephone call to the smart phone (100) is impossible, "during-absence guidance message information", "during-absence guidance time information" or "absence reason guidance data" from the during-absence call management server (300) and displaying the received "during-absence guidance message information", "during-absence guidance time information" or "absence reason guidance data" ; and the during-absence call management server (300) for storing, if a signal for a request for a telephone call connection to the smart phone (100) is received, the "during-absence telephone call list information" generated by collecting lists on the received telephone call connection request signals in a during-absence telephone DB (310) and managing the stored "during-absence telephone call list information", and transmitting "during-absence guidance message information", "during-absence guidance time information" or "absence reason guidance data" contained in the "during-absence service request information" stored in the during-absence telephone DB (310) to the caller terminal (200).</p> |
