A thermoelectric module (10) is provided with: low temperature-side wiring (2a); high temperature-side wiring (2b); a low temperature-side member (11); a plurality of low temperature-side thermoelectric conversion element (12) composed of a BiTe-based material; a high temperature-side member (13); a plurality of high temperature-side thermoelectric conversion element (14) composed of a material different from the BiTe-based material; an insulating member (15); a radiation heat blocking plate (16); a low temperature-side electrode (17); and a high temperature-side electrode (18). The radiation heat blocking plate (16) is disposed further toward the high temperature-side member (13) side than the low temperature-side wiring (2a) and the high temperature-side wiring (2b). Consequently, the thermoelectric module which can suppress burnout of the wiring, and a thermoelectric power generating apparatus and a thermoelectric power generator, which are provided with the thermoelectric module, can be obtained.
