PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus of warm water for an offshore floating body is provided to store warm water discharged from an object in a cooling storage unit and cool the warm water. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus of warm water for an offshore floating body comprises a ballast water storage unit (100), a cooling line (200), and a cooling storage unit (300). The ballast water storage unit has multiple ballast tanks (110) for controlling the ballast and draft of an offshore floating body by controlling the amount of ballast water. Heat-exchanged warm water for cooling an object flows in the cooling line, and the cooling line passes through one of the ballast tanks. The cooling storage unit has an inlet pipe (330), a storage tank, and an outlet pipe (340). The warm water passing through the cooling line flows into the inlet pipe. The outlet pipe discharges the warm water received in the storage tank to the outside.
