摘要 PURPOSE: A converter refining method is provided to save time which is consumed for a degassing process and to reduce process overload according to the operation of the degassing process. CONSTITUTION: A converter refining method comprises the following steps. A first blowing process, which controls a phosphorous (P) component in molten steel to be less than a fixed content, is performed after starting a converter blowing process (S10). Slag, which is generated by the first blow process, is excluded (S20). A second blowing process is performed by controlling a carbon content and an oxygen content in the molten steel to reduce the amount of a deoxidizer, quicklime, and a recarburizer which are used in the molten metal, to be in a fixed range after the slag is excluded (S30). The secondly blown molten steel is extracted, and then transferred to a continuous casting process without passing through a degassing process (S40).
