<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a three dimensional structure is provided to be able to give hydrophobicity to the inner surface or the external surface of a three dimensional structure, and to be relatively cheap and simple. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional structure having a hydrophobic surface comprises a substrate (100); a concave-convex part formed on the substrate; and a protective film (400) formed on a second concave-convex part. The concave-convex part includes at least one between a first concave-convex part including multiple micro protrusions (200) and the second concave-convex part including multiple nanofibers (300). A manufacturing method of the three dimensional structure comprises a step of forming a concave-convex part on a substrate, and a step of forming a hydrophobic protective film on the concave-convex part. The concave-convex part forming step comprises a step of forming a first concave-convex part including multiple micro protrusions, and/or a step of a second concave-convex part including multiple nanofibers.</p> |
