PREPARATION OF BOROSILICATE ROVING FIBER GLASS BATCHES CONTAINING ALKALI FREE ALUMINOBOROSILICATE DISPLAY CULLET

摘要

PURPOSE: A batch composition of borosilicate based roving fiber glass is provided to lower melting temperature of robbing fiber glass batch and to reduce manufacturing cost of the roving fiber glass by including cullet of non-alkali alumina borosilicate based display glass. CONSTITUTION: A batch composition of borosilicate based roving fiber glass contains 66-470 parts by weight of cullet based on 100 parts by weight of talc among the batch composition. The cullet is one selected from non-alkali alumina borosilicate based cullet for organic light-emitting diode and nonalkali alumina borosilicate cullet for thin-film transistor liquid crystal display. The batch composition includes 0-11 parts by weight of colemanite, 74-216 parts by weight of limestone, 0-8 parts by weight of borax, and 0-4 parts by weight of soda ash based on 100 parts by weight of the talc on top of the non-alkali alumina borosilicate based cullet. The section diameter of the roving fiber is 15-30μm.
