<p>PURPOSE: A voltage and current control system of a self-contained monolithic welding and power generating device is provided to impose heavy tasks on a generator regardless of capacity of the generator and to reduce unnecessary fuel consumption and the discharge of carbon dioxide by reducing the idle rotation of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A voltage and current control system of a self-contained monolithic welding and power generating device includes a welding device, a frame for installation and fixation, a storage battery, a motor, a generator, and a voltage and current control unit. The storage battery charges electricity, thereby supplying the electricity to the welding device. When the charged electricity of the storage battery is consumed, the generator charges the electricity by driving the motor.
