<p>The device (1) has a net of triangular form that is made of two distinct cords (2), where one of the cords is arranged on a circumference of the net. A hoisting guide (2a) an edge (2b), a falling unit (2c) are arranged on an interior side of the net. The guide and the falling unit are connected to each other in a zigzag manner from top to bottom. A clew point (8) is arranged at any place of the device for allowing fixing of the bridge or a rail. A rope point or a ring (6) is hoisted such that the rope point is provided with tension, and a rope (10) is arranged at top of a mast (11).</p> |
