摘要 The present invention provides a vertical fire-tube composite boiler that enables waste heat from a diesel generator engine installed in a ship to be utilized, and a waste heat recovery system provided with said boiler. This vertical fire-tube composite boiler (1) is provided with: a can body (2); a water chamber (4) formed on the upper side of a horizontal tube plate (3) that divides the inside of the can body (2) into upper and lower spaces; an exhaust gas introduction-side fire chamber (5) formed on the lower side of the horizontal tube plate (3) inside the can body (2); a furnace (6) disposed inside the water chamber (4); an exhaust gas discharge-side fire chamber (8) that is disposed in the top part of the water chamber (4), and is connected to the exhaust gas introduction-side fire chamber (5) by a group of exhaust gas fire tubes (7); and a combustion gas fire chamber (10) that is disposed in the top part of the water chamber (4), and is connected to the furnace (6) by a group of combustion gas fire tubes (9). The exhaust gas introduction-side fire chamber (5) and the exhaust gas discharge-side fire chamber (8) are each partitioned into a main diesel engine exhaust gas fire chamber (8a) and at least one diesel generator engine exhaust gas fire chamber (8b, 8c) by partition walls (12a to 12c; 13a to 13c).
