<p>This invention is provided with: a transmission resonator (106) having a peripheral profile that is partially open at an open portion, and a first wiring (111) connected to a first connection part on the transmission resonator (106), the transmission resonator (106) and the first wiring (111) being provided on a transmission substrate (101); a reception resonator (107) provided on a reception substrate (102); a second wiring (112) connected to a second connection part on the reception resonator (107); and a third wiring (113) connected to a third connection part on the reception resonator (107). The transmission substrate (101) and the reception substrate (102) are provided so as to face each other so that, when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the principal surface of the transmission substrate (101), the transmission resonator (106) and the reception resonator (107) are point-symmetrical and the outlines of the transmission resonator (106) and the reception resonator (107) match.</p> |
