<p>PURPOSE: A system and method for forming a user application formed with partial functions from applications are provided to allow a user to make an exclusive application with collecting execution components from the applications required for a certain environment or purpose, thereby allowing the user to editing and using the exclusive application according to the taste of the user. CONSTITUTION: A system for forming a user application formed with partial functions from applications includes a first managing part (920) and a second managing part (930). The first managing part extracts execution components from the applications, and the second managing part forms the execution components into one container application. A user selects one of containers in the container application through a user input/output part (921), or generates a new container. The second managing part stores the execution components in the selected or generated container. When the container does not include a layout corresponding to the execution components, the first managing part selects the container having the layout corresponding to the execution components through the user input/output part.
