A measurement device comprises: a light source unit (10) which generates a pump light (P) and a Stokes light (S); a pulse stretch/contract unit (30) which stretches/contracts the pump light (P) and makes the pulse width of the Stokes light (S) shorter than the pulse width of the pump light (P); a light dividing unit (41) which divides the Stokes light (S); an optical scan unit (50) which scans a subject (S) with the pulse stretched/contracted pump light (P) and one of the divided Stokes lights (SM); a first light detection unit (70) which detects from the subject (S) an anti-Stokes light (AS); a second light detection unit (80) which detects a coherent light of the other divided Stokes light (SS) and a reflected light of the Stokes light (SM) from the subject (S); and a signal processing unit (90) which carries out an image generation process on the basis of a detected signal from the first light detection unit (70) and a detected signal from the second light detection unit (80). |
