<p>A method and a device for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel. The method comprises the steps of: injecting liquid crystal between two substrates and cutting edges of the substrates to expose a signal pad (S100); inputting a check signal into the signal pad for inspection, and if a defect is detected, repairing the defect (S101); and after the inspection or repair, aggregating through alignment monomers of the liquid crystal to form a pretilt angle (S102). Before the aggregation through alignment of the monomers of the liquid crystal to form the pretilt angle, the substrates are checked and the detected defects are repaired in a repair process, and after it is determined that the substrates have no defect, the monomers of the liquid crystal form a pretilt angle. Since the defect inspection is performed and the detected defects are repaired before alignment and the success rate of the repair is high, the defects are prevented from being memorized for a long time in the panel after the alignment, thereby improving the manufacturing yield of the liquid crystal panel.</p> |
