PURPOSE: A transfer roller assembly for a steel pipe is provided to uniformly transfer heat from a heat treatment unit to the whole area of a steel pipe by forming an inclined seating surface on the surface of a transfer roller. CONSTITUTION: A transfer roller assembly (100) for a steel pipe comprises a rotary pipe (110), transfer rollers (130), external adiabatic pipes (120), and coupling bars (140). The rotary pipe is arranged to be inclined in the transferring direction of a steel pipe. The transfer rollers are coupled to the outer side of the rotary pipe, and inclined seating surfaces (133) are formed thereon to guide the rotation of the steel pipe. The external adiabatic pipes are arranged between the transfer rollers and support the rotary pipe and the transfer rollers. The coupling bars are fitted to the rotary pipe and the external adiabatic pipes to fix the transfer rollers and the external adiabatic pipes to the rotary pipe. Coupling grooves (111) are formed on the circumference of the rotary pipe, and the bottoms of the coupling bars are inserted into the coupling grooves. Pipe insertion grooves (135), in which the external adiabatic pipes are inserted, are formed on the side surfaces of the transfer rollers. |
