The cell (c) has a primary cell (a) dedicated for cutting and establishment of current, where the primary cell comprises an electrical protection unit i.e. circuit breaker (3) or switch. A secondary cell (b) is arranged with a conduction unit or disconnecting switch (6) having rated current and short-circuit current. The secondary cells are dimensioned to conduct high current ratings, and the conduction unit is controlled by the electrical protection unit.
