An information terminal comprises: a first wireless communication unit for communicating with a server; a condition input unit for inputting conditions to retrieve a particular group of cooking recipe information from the groups of cooking recipe information stored in the server; and a display unit for displaying the particular group of cooking recipe information determined on the basis of the conditions input by use of the condition input unit. The display unit displays both a list window (1200) in which to display the particular group of cooking recipe information in a list form and a cooking method window in which to display a cooking method related to a particular one of the pieces of cooking recipe information constituting the particular group of cooking recipe information displayed in the list window in such a manner that first cooking recipe information with which operation control information is associated is distinguished from second cooking recipe information with which no operation control information is associated.
