PURPOSE: An exterior panel for cooling and heating is provided to actuate a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) element, which is installed in an outer space layer or an inner space layer which is partitioned by a second panel, using power from a solar cell panel, thereby feeding cooled air or heated air to the inner space layer. CONSTITUTION: An exterior panel for cooling and heating includes boards with unit sizes, and the board is formed by sequentially laminating a first panel layer (110), an outer space layer (120), a second panel layer (130), an inner space layer (140), and a third panel layer (160a). A solar cell is integrally attached to or is separated from the first panel layer. A minute hole is formed at the third panel layer. Positive temperature coefficient (PTC) elements having fans and power supply parts having control modules are respectively installed at the inner and the outer space layer. An exposed ground electrode and connecting electrode, which are connected to the power supply parts, are respectively installed at both sides of the board. |
