摘要 A low-power direct-current brushless single-phase motor controller comprises a Hall sensor detection module (1) and a full-bridge driving circuit (4). Four output ends of the full-bridge driving circuit (4) are connected to windings of a motor. The controller further comprises a signal shaping circuit (2) and two interlocking comparators (3) with dead time A square wave signal output from the Hall sensor detection module (1) is processed by the signal shaping circuit (2) into a trapezoidal wave signal. The trapezoidal wave signal is input to the two interlocking comparators (3) with the dead time and processed into two square wave signals with dead time (T) and sent to two input ends of the full-bridge driving circuit (4). The controller has a simple circuit structure, is stable and reliable in operation, and can simultaneously generate two complementary differential signals with dead time, thereby avoiding the straight communication between upper and lower bridge arms, and further preventing a driving switching tube from being burned out due to an overcurrent.
