PURPOSE: A vehicle alarm system in a parking lot is provided to implement various graphics, by using a nomadic device. CONSTITUTION: An information providing part provides vehicle external information. An electronic control part generates a radio signal by processing the vehicle external information. A nomadic device(190) is composed of a human machine interface. A microcontroller(140) controls the radio signal. A radio frequency transmission part(130) transmits the radio signal to the nomadic device.
