The support plate comprises a hollow structure housing comprising a thin flat lower external plate (1) and a thin flat upper external plate (2), where each of the plates is made of synthetic material, the upper plate is intended for receiving dough, and the lower plate is intended for resting on a support in a use position of the plate. The two external plates are assembled with each other and attached by delimiting a cavity between the plates, where cavity places a rigidification core comprising an internal plate (3) made of a synthetic material and attached with the external plates. The support plate comprises a hollow structure housing comprising a thin flat lower external plate (1) and a thin flat upper external plate (2), where each of the plates is made of synthetic material, the upper plate is intended for receiving dough, and the lower plate is intended for resting on a support in a use position of the plate. The two external plates are assembled with each other and attached by delimiting a cavity between the plates, where cavity places a rigidification core comprising an internal plate (3) made of a synthetic material and attached with the external plates. The lower plate presents a peripheral edge projecting to the top. The upper plate presents a peripheral edge peripheral projecting to the bottom. The external plates are attached by soldering the two peripheral edges one against the other. The peripheral edges are attached approximately with half of a thickness of the plates. The support plate further comprises: a flat, thin metal element that is detectable by an inductive sensor or a radio frequency sensor, assistant of the rigidification core in the cavity between the two external plates and placed in an interface between the internal plate and one of the external plates; and a detection device of radio frequency identification type.
