A hybrid-drive device in which an input shaft is connected to an engine, an output shaft is connected to a vehicle wheel, and a motor for driving the vehicle wheel is connected between the input shaft and the output shaft, the hybrid-drive device being provided with a frictional engagement element capable of controlling transmission torque and positioned between the input shaft and the output shaft, and a control device for controlling the frictional engagement element. Therein, the control device reduces the transmission torque of the frictional engagement element when a prescribed condition is met. |
