PURPOSE: A patient supporting apparatus and a medical image apparatus with the same are provided to support and fix additional units in various positions. CONSTITUTION: A patient supporting apparatus (30) comprises a patient table (31), a movable support (32), a guide unit (33), and a fixed unit (37). The movable support supports a patient. The guide unit guides the movable support along one or more moving directions (34). The fixed unit fixes additional units on the movable support and has one or more adjusting unit (40) to smoothly adjust the position of the additional units. |
