摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A high carbon wire with excellent electrical conductivity for aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the electrical conductivity by reducing a linear expansion volume, thereby obtaining the high carbon wire with excellent electrical conductivity for ACSR by barely using expensive Ni. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high carbon wire for ACSR includes the following steps of: preparing a wire in which an aluminum-zinc coating layer is not formed; and forming a titanium nitride coating layer having a thickness of 10-15μm on the surface of the wire. The wire comprises 0.6-0.9 wt% of C, 0.2-1.5 wt% of Si, 0.2-1.0 wt% of Mn, and the rest of Fe and inevitable impurities. [Reference numerals] (AA,BB,CC) Target</p>
