FLUORINATED HYDROPHOBIC POLYMER FILM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fluorinated hydrophobic polymer film is provided to be able to effectively manufacture a hydrophobic polymer film which shows a protective function against moisture and is able to easily remove stained moisture by improving the surface hydrophobic property of the polymer film with introduction of fluorine to the polymer film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fluorinated hydrophobic polymer film comprises (a) a step of introducing oxygen element to the surface of a polymer film with the oxyfluorination treatment; (b) a step of mixing silane, alcohol and silane polymerization catalyst; (c) a step of coating silane on the surface of the polymer film by dipping the polymer film processed with the oxyfluorination treatment of (a) step in the silane solution of (b) step; (d) a step of introducing silane to the surface of the polymer film by irradiating the microwave on the polymer film coated with silane; and (e) a step of introducing fluorine element to the polymer film introduced with silane on the surface with a gas-phase fluorination method.
