A pixel unit driving circuit, a pixel unit driving method and a pixel unit are provided, which can solve the defects of luminance non-uniformity, material aging and luminance reduction of an OLED panel. The pixel unit driving circuit comprises a driving thin film transistor (DTFT), a matching thin film transistor (MTFT), a first switching element (11), a storage capacitor (Cs) and a driving control unit (12); the gate electrode of the driving thin film transistor (DTFT) is connected with the first end of the storage capacitor (Cs), the source electrode of the driving thin film transistor (DTFT) is connected with the second end of the storage capacitor through the first switching element (11), and the drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor (DTFT) is connected with a driving power supply; the gate electrode and the drain electrode of the matching thin film transistor (MTFT) are connected with the gate electrode of the driving thin film transistor (DTFT), and the source electrode of the matching thin film transistor (MTFT) is connected with the source electrode of the driving thin film transistor (DTFT) through the driving control unit (12); and the second end of the storage capacitor (Cs) is further connected with a data line through the driving control unit (12).
