<p>This invention relates to a floral arrangement cardette (21) incorporating an advertisement. For many years, florists have endured the problem of not being able to provide an advertisement of their wares on the floral arrangement itself. The floral arrangement cardette (21) according to the present invention comprises a card holding portion (23) for retaining a card therein, a spike portion (25) depending downwardly from the card holding portion to engage a floral arrangement such as a wreath, and an advertisement portion (27) mounted on one of the card holding portion (23) and the spike portion (25) bearing indicia printed thereon. The advertisement portion preferably comprises a label with an adhesive backing that may be printed by the florist and applied to the cardette. Such a cardette incorporating an advertisement is discrete yet in plain sight and is unlikely to be removed by a patron.</p> |
