The present invention relates to a mechanical device which: stores an impellent force for stopping a vehicle in steel springs, hydraulic springs, and an electric battery by using connective gears, disks, various cables, hydraulic linkages, various levers, rotary bearings, and the like when a user steps on the brake pedal to stop the vehicle on a downhill road or at a stop signal; and which drives the vehicle using the stored impellent force by using the connective gears, disks, various cables, hydraulic linkages, various levers, rotary bearings, and the like when the user steps on the accelerator pedal to accelerate the vehicle. |
