PURPOSE: A sequencing device is provided to have higher reaction speed than nucleic acid polymerization speed by arranging and rotating an optical head, thereby reducing errors. CONSTITUTION: A sequencing device comprises: a biodisc (140) in which reaction regions (150) for PCR are arranged; a stage (110) which rotates around a rotary shaft and comprises optical heads (120) for detecting lights emitted from the reaction regions by the PCR; and a control unit which generates sequence data of nucleic acids in the reaction regions based on the wavelength of the lights detected by the optical heads.
