<p>The envelope (1) has a front panel (5) with an upper band (5a) covered by an envelope closing wing (13). The interior of the wing and/or exterior of the band is covered with adhesive (15) to maintain the wing in closed position. The panel is torn along a low resistance precut line (17) for forming another wing (21) to open the envelope, when the former wing is closed and adhered to the panel. An interior surface of the latter wing or an interior surface of a rear panel is printed with text and/or image, such that a message appears only when the latter wing is opened.</p> |
