The present invention is an elastic wave device provided with: a chip (10) containing a piezoelectric substrate (12) and a filter (14) formed at the surface (12a) of the piezoelectric substrate (12); and a chip (20) containing a piezoelectric substrate (12) and a filter (24) formed at a surface (22a) of the piezoelectric substrate (22) positioned in a different plane from the surface (12a). Signal leakage is suppressed as the distance between filters becomes larger. Consequently, the present invention can provide an elastic wave device that can obtain high isolation.
