<p>A fixing structure and a liquid crystal display device. The fixing structure comprises a front frame (1), wherein the front frame (1) is rectangular in shape and has four side edges. Each of the side edges comprises a first extending part (12) which is flat, and the four first extending parts (12) are matched to form four corners. A first mounting hole is formed at each of the four corners respectively of the front frame (1), and each of the first mounting holes is matched with a fastening part for fixation at the four corners of the front frame (1). The liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal panel (3) and the fixing structure for assembling the liquid crystal panel (3). The influence of the fastening part on a visual area is reduced, furthermore the labor time for assembling is reduced, and the material cost is reduced.</p> |
