<p>The present invention pertains to an in-vehicle electronic device and a data collection system that uses the in-vehicle electronic device, and the purpose of the present invention is to improve accessibility. The present invention for achieving said purpose is provided with an input unit (13) for personal IDs, an in-vehicle control unit (15) connected to the input unit (13), and an in-vehicle transmitting unit (16) and an in-vehicle receiving unit (17) connected to the in-vehicle control unit (15). Memory (18), wherein data collection conditions that have been for each personal ID are recorded, is connected to the in-vehicle control unit (15). If a personal ID is entered into the input unit (13), data related to the personal ID can be collected from a server (19).
