PURPOSE: A steam discharge device mounted on a lid of a cooking container facilitating washing and including a simple structure is provided to prevent foreign substances from being put into a discharge path although steam with seasoning generated inside the cooking container during cooking is discharged with a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: A steam discharge device mounted on a lid of a cooking container facilitating washing and including a simple structure comprises a lid (10), a handle, and an opening and closing plate. A discharging hole (12) is formed in order to block the opening and closing plate rotated in the lower end of a knob (21) of the handle. The opening and closing plate is located on the center of the lid and is closely combined to the lower part of the knob. A penetration hole is formed on the center of a supporting surface, and a clamping unit (14) clamped to the lower end of the knob is closely fixed to the lower end of the knob by penetrating to the penetration hole so that the opening and closing plate is closely rotated. A discharge path (32) including a discharge port capable of discharging steam including seasoning is included in the opening and closing plate. |
