PURPOSE: A content reproduction system, apparatus, and method using a sensor are provided to detect a finger position on a signal generator and output related additional information corresponding to a function of a key button matching the finger position through a display device. CONSTITUTION: A signal generator (120) includes at least one key button (110) and a sensor (100) for measuring a finger position on the key button. A signal receiver (200) receives a first signal including the finger position information or a second signal including the operating information of the key button from the signal generator. If the signal receiver receives the first signal, a user interface (UI) message output device (300) produces and outputs related additional information corresponding to a function of a key button matching the finger position. If the signal receiver receives the second signal, the UI message output device executes the function corresponding to the key button.
