Further radio diagnosis layer is adapted to receive managing commands from managing interface, in particular network operation abort commands. Radio diagnosis layer is adapted to interact with network accessing unit, and as such it is ascertained that the managing commands from managing interface are executed not before network accessing unit maintains a defined state, in particular in conjunction with wireless network.
