PURPOSE: A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an electric disconnection or a short caused by a lump of nano wires by placing an adhesive layer on the bottom of a scattering preventing layer and separating the nano wires from each other. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) includes a first and a second surfaces. A scattering preventing layer(50) is placed on the first surface. A transparent electrode(30) is placed on the second surface. The transparent electrode senses a contact position. An adhesive layer(60) is placed between the substrate and the scattering preventing layer. The adhesive layer includes plural nono wires. |
