Method for preparation of tetrahydroquinoline derivatives

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a tetrahydroquinoline derivative is provided to synthesize the derivative with high yield using a cheap thiourea catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a tetrahydroquinoline derivative comprises a step of reacting o-dialkylamino-substituted alkylidene malonate of chemical formula 2 under the presence of 5-30 mole% of thiourea catalyst according to reaction formula 1. The thiourea catalyst is a compound of chemical formula 1.
