PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a battery pad is provided to provide a battery pad with excellent heat blocking performance and insulating property by using a close-cell and hard type structure polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery pad comprises: a step of manufacturing a foam liquid which comprises 100.0 parts by weight of isocyanate, 100.0 parts by weight of a polyurethane foam polyol, and 12 parts by weight of filler; a step of injecting the foam liquid into a mold and foaming the foam liquid to polyurethane foam with many close-cells; a step of demolding the polyurethane foam from a foam mold and cutting the polyurethane foam; and a step of foaming the battery pad by attaching a binder to both sides of the cut polyurethane foam.
