PURPOSE: A repairing apparatus for a shaft of a vertical pump is provided to repair a pump shaft with various lengths, and to effectively measure the degree of parallelization and bending state of a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A repairing apparatus for a shaft of a vertical pump comprises a base body(10), a guide rail(20), a guide roller(30), a sleeve cutting unit(40), a shaft support unit(50), and a measuring gauge unit(60). A plurality of grooves is formed on the base body at constant intervals. The guide roller moves along the guide rail, and props up a pump shaft so that the pump shaft(1) is rolled. The cutting blade of the sleeve cutting unit cuts a sleeve(2) connected to the pump shaft. The shaft support unit moves along the guide rail, and supports both ends of the pump shaft. The measuring gauge unit is in contact with the outer periphery of the pump shaft, and checks the bending state. |
