<p>The system has a platform (9) for accommodating a spare wheel (8), and a hinge (10) for articulating the platform relative to a floor (3) of a car (1) between a raised position in which the platform is adjacent the floor, and a lowered position in which the platform is spaced from the floor. The hinge includes segments (11, 12) connected together by pins (14, 18, 21) for forming a deformable quadrilateral attached to the floor by an upper end (16) of the hinge and to the platform by a lower end (19) of the hinge.</p> |
